I always try to put myself in my clients shoes. If I were going through rehab/training and it was monotonous— I’d probably quit or not put in max effort. Sure, there are some foundational moves/exercises that need to be continually worked on, but jazz it up from time to time! Give your body different inputs so it can withstand ANYTHING! Oh, and make sure your client gets a rogue bike fan cool down.
